Medical Plans
We offer four medical plan options provided by Aetna for all regular, full-time employees. The flexible plans allows you to choose network or non-network providers. Individual and family plans are available; employees can add their spouse and children under age 26 to their plan.
Dental Plan
Delta Dental provides great coverage at a low cost to employees. All regular, full time employees have the option to add dental coverage for a small fee. All plans are offered to employees and their families.
Vision Plan
All regular, full time employees can participate in vision coverage through EyeMed Vision Care. EyeMed Vision Care has teamed up with a large number of providers, such as LensCrafters and Pearle Vision to offer you convenient locations near your home.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Employees are offered Flexible Spending Accounts to include Health Reimbursement and Dependent Care.

Health Savings Account (HSA)
Employees have the option to elect a Health Savings Account while enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan, a plan that can help you save for future medical expenses.
Voluntary Short and Long Term Disability
All eligible employees will have the option to purchase group Voluntary Short Term and Long Term Disability plans.
Life & AD&D Insurance
All regular full-time employees receive $50,000 in life insurance and $50,000 in Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D). Both Life and AD&D insurance is insured by Sun Life Financial and provided at no cost to you. Additional Life & AD&D may be purchased and paid for by employee.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k) & ESPP
After 60 days of employment, all regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan with VOYA. The Employee Stock Purchase Plan allows you to purchase full shares of Copart stock at a 15% discount.

Employee Assistance Plan
Employees are offered an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych. The program is completely confidential and free to all employees. The Program offers confidential consultation, support, information and planning.
Tuition Reimbursement
We believe our people are the best investment! We encourage our employees to further their education outside their training at work. After one year of service, all employees are eligible for up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement annually.
