“Copart, and the excellent execution of the LDP program, has afforded me skills, abilities and opportunities that few positions can rival. It has enabled me the financial freedom to own my own house and invest in my future, training and encouragement to pursue my Master Degree, and above all, the opportunity to work for a company that invests and cares for its employees. If I had to do it all over again, little if anything would be done differently. It’s had such a lasting impact on me that I, have and continue to, actively recruit for potential candidates.” –Ben Bower, General Manager, Yard 138
“The kind of intense industry exposure that you receive in the program will put you years ahead of your peers in terms of business knowledge and experience. After 6 years with Copart, I have more hands on leadership experience and business management abilities than peers of mine with other companies.” – Alden Underhill, Manager, Global Business Processes, World Headquarters
“Copart values a work life balance. No one day is the same. You will work with diverse groups of people day in and day out. We are leaders in our industry and are not afraid of changing at a moment’s notice when it comes to any policies or procedures. Everyone is committed to working together and helping each other succeed. Once people start here, they tend to stay for a long time.” – Sal Ortiz, General Manager, Yard 6
